Meredith Link is a native Arkansan and has lived in Northwest Arkansas for most of her life. From a young age, she quickly learned how impactful a nourished body is to her mental health and performance in ballet and golf. As a result, she studied nutrition at the University of Arkansas, earning a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Hospitality Innovation in 2018. During school, she also worked with the sports nutrition team for the Arkansas Razorback Athletic Department.

Following graduation, she completed her dietetic internship in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Throughout this internship, she gained experience in various rotations, including clinical care and outpatient settings for pediatrics, eating disorders, food service, community service, and sports nutrition. These diverse experiences shaped her understanding of nutrition’s broad impact on health.

Since completing her education, Meredith has thrived in the outpatient environment, building connections with clients and helping them achieve their nutrition goals. What she values most about outpatient care is making nutrition goals both enjoyable and attainable within a client’s daily life.

In 2024, Meredith founded Link Nutrition Counseling (LNC) to honor the legacy of her father, Dr. Curtis Hedberg. Together, they shared a commitment to serving others in healthcare through evidence-based information and personalized care. Today, LNC provides tailored nutrition and medical nutrition therapy to help clients build sustainable, long-lasting habits and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
