Initial:
This visit will cover topics such as diagnosis, medical history, lab work, medications, sleep, diet, weight, body image concerns, disordered eating habits, food recall, and physical activity. A comprehensive plan for education will be developed based on these topics.
Follow Up:
This visit will cover any medical updates, successes, challenges, gastrointestinal issues, physical activity, sleep changes, disordered eating habits, and food recall. Together, we will build on planned education and establish goals to practice until our next session.
