In our formative years, taste preferences are often limited or subject to change as children explore new flavors! During our sessions, I work with the child to identify their likes and dislikes, finding ways to enhance their food intake and encourage healthier choices. This helps foster a positive relationship with food while ensuring they receive the nutrients necessary for growth and development.

Prevention & Treatment

We will use food not just for enjoyment but as a powerful tool to prevent and manage health conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, inflammation, and more.
